If you decide to exercise the Right of Withdrawal for the return of the purchased products, the Seller has the right not to accept the return or not to refund in full the amount paid for the purchase of products, which are returned without the corresponding security seal or whose original condition has changed or have been damaged; as explained in detail in Section 9. Without prejudice to the application of mandatory provisions on consumer protection (Article 5 OF DIRECTIVE 1999/44/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 25 May 1999 on certain aspects of the sale of consumer goods and associated guarantees), all products sold by the Seller are covered by a twenty-four (24) month guarantee for lack of conformity of the product with the terms of the Purchase Contract. In order for the lack of conformity of the product to be considered valid, the Seller must be informed within a period of two (2) months from the day the lack of conformity was found. Unless proved otherwise, a lack of conformity which becomes apparent within six months of delivery of the goods shall be presumed to exist at the time of delivery, unless this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the nature of the lack of conformity. In case of lack of conformity, you can choose between repairing or replacing the product. If repair or replacement of the product is impossible or disproportionate to its value, you are entitled either to ask the Seller to make an appropriate price reduction or to cancel the Purchase Contract.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code
9.1 Conditions for exercising a Right of Withdrawal
According to the Consumer Protection Code (Article 9) you have the inalienable right of unjustified and unjustified withdrawal from the Purchase Contract you concluded with the Seller to return products purchased from the pavoneshoes.gr without any penalty and without specifying the reason (unjustified withdrawal) within fourteen (14) days from the day you received them. 9.2 Procedures for exercising a right
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in Paragraph 9.1 above, you must, before the expiry of the period for exercising it in accordance with the above, inform us of any decision you may have to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement we have concluded, in one of the following ways in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code:
– by completing and sending us, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, the model Withdrawal Form (you will find it at the end of the General Terms and Conditions) and sending it (print or attach it) in accordance with the above either by mail or email to [email protected]. The use of the attached Form is not mandatory.
– drafting and sending to the Seller another document in which you explicitly state your decision to withdraw from the Purchase Contract. If, on the contrary, you choose to send another type of Statement of Withdrawal, the responsibility for the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal lies solely with you.
The Right of Withdrawal is considered to be validly exercised if, in addition to complying with the terms and procedures provided by the Consumer Protection Code and described in Paragraphs 9.1 and 9.2 above, the following conditions are met in their entirety:
a. the Return Form sent online or other explicit statement of the decision to withdraw from the Contract must have been correctly completed and sent to the Seller within fourteen (14) days of the physical receipt of the purchased goods or the physical possession of the last good of the order.
b. the products must not have been used, worn or washed. Returns are accepted as long as the product has not been used. Returns for underwear, swimwear, jewelry,sunglasses and beauty products are not accepted for hygiene reasons. In cases of "special prints on an item" no change or return can be made
c. the security seal, if any, must still be affixed to the products, as it forms an integral part of the products;
d. the products must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by the manufacturer's card, as well as the retail receipt or invoice
e. the products to be returned must be delivered to the carrier within fourteen (14) days from the moment of notification to the Seller of the decision to withdraw from the Contract;
g. the products must not have been damaged. The return parcel must be properly packed so as not to damage, during transport, the product or the packaging of the product (including the boxes of shoes or other items).
9.3 Obligations of the Consumer upon Withdrawal
In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, you must send us your statement on the exercise of your Right of Withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires in accordance with the provisions herein. It is expressly agreed that your notice of exercise of the Right of Withdrawal is deemed to have reached us on the business day following the sending to us of the Statement of Withdrawal in accordance with the provisions herein. In case of exercising the Right of Withdrawal in accordance with the above, you must return to us (at the address indicated herein) the product from the purchase of which you immediately withdraw – unless we have agreed to receive it from you in case of withdrawal, without undue delay and in any case within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the Contract in accordance with the provisions hereof and Article 11 of the Consumer Protection Code. The deadline is considered to have been met if you send back the goods before the expiration of the fourteen (14) day deadline. For the return of the products, as a result of the withdrawal you will be charged with the shipping costs of the returned products, unless the Seller has expressly exempted you from these costs at the time of purchase and provided that you use the Courier company indicated by the Seller on the Return Form. If you decide to use the transport company indicated by the Seller on the online Return Form, the Seller will pay the shipping costs of the returned products on your behalf and relieve you of the carrier's direct payment obligation. The Seller will withhold from the refund a fixed fee of ten Euros (€10) which will correspond to the cost of shipping the order within Greece. By using the carrier indicated by the Seller on the online Return Form, the Supplier also releases you from any liability for any loss or damage to the products during transportation. If you decide to use a different carrier than the one indicated by the Seller on the Return Form, you will have to pay the shipping costs of the returned products you are charged with. In this case, you will also be responsible for any loss or damage to the products during transport, due to poor choice of carrier and/or shipping method. For returns of defective or incorrectly shipped products, the cost of return is covered by the Seller.
9.4 Seller's Obligations

Product Return/Withdrawal Charges
1. Returns of products charged by pavoneshoes.gr
You have the right to return the products you purchased from this online store at the expense of pavoneshoes.gr, in the following cases:
– If due to the fault of the pavoneshoes.gr wrong products were sold (by mistake in receiving the order, in pricing, in shipping, etc.). In this case, you may either not accept to receive the product from the beginning, or request its return. For the return of the products, the Product Return Form must have been completed. The products should be in excellent condition, sealed, complete and without any wear. The packaging of the returned product must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition.
– If through the fault of the pavoneshoes.gr products of poor quality were sold (destroyed during transport, defective product, etc.). In this case, the customer may either not accept to receive the product from the beginning, or request its return. For the return of the products, the product return form must have been completed. The returned products must be in excellent condition, sealed, complete and without any damage. The packaging of the returned product must be the one that normally accompanies the product and must be in excellent condition.
In addition, in case the customer does not return the product then, no new product will be sent to him and the customer will have to make a new order / purchase. The product must be returned in the condition in which it was delivered. In both of the above cases, the maximum return period may not exceed fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.
2. Product returns at the customer's expense.
You reserve the right to return the products you purchased, without penalty and without obligation to announce the reason why you wish to return the products, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. In the case of Return for the purpose of Replacement/Change of the product, the first change is made without charge of return and shipment of the new order. In case of final Return of the product/Withdrawal, the costs are deducted from the total amount of the Return. In this case, you will also be responsible for any loss or damage to the products during transport, due to poor choice of carrier and/or shipping method.
9.5 Refund – procedures and times
After returning the products, the Seller will check whether they comply with the conditions set out in Section 9. We are entitled to delay the refund of your money until we receive back the goods from the purchase of which you are withdrawing in the same good condition in which you received them. In case of withdrawal in accordance with the above, it is clarified that any products that you have purchased with a discount due to the purchase of the product from which you withdraw, you must return them together with the basic product from the purchase of which you withdraw, otherwise the withdrawal is considered as not exercised by you and therefore no obligation is generated for us. Also, the returned product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents you received upon receipt, otherwise the Seller will not receive them as long as it is agreed that the right of withdrawal has not been legally exercised and in accordance with the terms hereof. In the event that these conditions are met, you will be sent an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the returned products and you will be refunded the amount of their purchase. The refund shall be made as soon as possible, without undue delay and in any case regardless of the payment method used, within 14 days from the date on which the Seller was informed of the User/Customer's decision to withdraw from the Contract of Sale in accordance with the above provisions and subject to the provisions of Paragraph 9.5. In the event that the terms and conditions referred to in Paragraph 9 of these General Terms and Conditions are not met for the valid exercise of the Right of Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement and the return of the products, the User/Customer shall not be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid to the Seller for their purchase. The return of the products for the purpose of replacing them is not an act of withdrawal on your part and therefore the provisions of Paragraph 9 hereof do not apply. For returns within Greece you are not charged with shipping costs for the first change, as long as you use the shipping company that we will indicate to you. For returns from abroad, return costs are borne by the User/Customer.
