Product Change and Refund Policy

PRODUCT CHANGES

 You can change the items you received within 14 days of delivery.

 Fill in the product return form that you will find on the site. You notify the courier, with which we sent you your order and make the change without any shipping charge. You can contact the store if you want to register a change order,  in order not to miss the new item you are interested in or if you do not have the return form.

 If you wish to replace the item a second time, you will be charged with the shipping costs for the return and for the new shipment.

 If the new item is of greater value than your return, you pay the difference by cash on delivery (charge 3 €) or by bank deposit. If the new item is of lesser value, the difference can be left in your tab and you use it in your future purchase within 60 days.

 Changes are also made in the physical store, within 30 days provided that you have with you the proof of purchase or the change card in the case of the gift.

 ATTENTION: The items you return must be unused with their tags and their original packaging intact. If the articles have an internal print, they must not be worn or altered. Returns in which the packaging has been damaged (shoebox, tags, dust bags,  etc.) or the product will not be  accepted. Returns for underwear, swimwear, jewelry, sunglasses and beauty products are not accepted for hygiene reasons.

 Discount products can only be exchanged with products of a corresponding discount season.

 All our items go through quality control in order to confirm that they are in excellent condition before shipment. In the rare case of a defective item, please contact our store by phone.

 

REFUNDS

 Any refunds are made according to the way you have paid for your order. If you have paid for your order by cash on delivery or by deposit in an account, fill in the IBAN of your account and the name of the beneficiary in the product return form.

 Alternatively, the amount can remain in your tab and you can set it off on your next purchase within 60 days. Products purchased during special promotions are non-refundable. For any clarification and support call the store: 2621031437 or by e-mail: infopavoneconceptstore@gmail.com.

 In the case of a final Return of the product/Withdrawal, if you decide to use the transport company from which you received, the Seller will pay the shipping costs of the returned products on your behalf and will release you from the carrier's direct payment obligation. The Seller will withhold from the refund a fixed fee of ten Euros (€10) corresponding to the cost of sending the order within Greece. By using the carrier indicated by the Seller on the Return Form, the Supplier also releases you from any liability for any loss or damage to the products during transport.

 If you decide to use a different carrier than the one indicated by the Seller, you will have to pay the shipping costs of the returned products you are charged with. In this case, you will also be responsible for any loss or damage to the products during transport, due to poor choice of carrier and/or shipping method.

 Products purchased during special promotions or from the LAST CHANCE category cannot be changed or refunded.

 The process of sending the items is done in accordance with the GDPR Regulation and based on the PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY of our company.
